Key For Cause is a project created by Davida McDonald, a local Realtor® in the Sarasota, FL area with Greco Real Estate. The project is designed to give people the opportunity to make a Charitable Donation to an Organization/Cause or Fundraiser of their choice at a cost of ZERO dollars out of pocket. This project is only made possible by people like you!
How it works is very simple. Hire me as your Realtor if you are selling or buying a property OR refer me to a friend, colleague, relative, or someone you know that wants to sell or buy a property in the Sarasota, Manatee, or Pinellas County area. At closing, I will allocate a portion of what I have earned from the sale and make a donation 100% in YOUR name to the Charity of your choice. It's that simple!

Key For Cause! A place where property closings benefit some of the most significant and impactful Organizations in the world and in our local area. The KFC project was created for the sole purpose of giving people the opportunity to make selfless impacts in a world where people suffer, animals are mistreated and neglected, children are starving or abused, and natural disasters wreak havoc. Each home that closes with Davida McDonald, a donation is made to any Charity, Organization, Cause, or Fundraiser you choose and its 100% in your name. Davida is only able to make these donations on your behalf if the KFC Project remains scalable. Meaning, the more people who sign up their friends, family, or colleagues, or sellers/buyers that sign up directly on the site are what keeps KFC going.
